THERMOZONES custom made full range of RTD Sensor, RTD Sensors is a lectric resistance of a metal changes at a fixed rate according to temperature changes. The resistance bulb uses this property to measure temperature. Theoretically, any metal may be used, but because of characteristics such as constant resistance change with temperature, interchangeability and high temperature coefficient.

THERMOZONES armored thermocouples feature a heavy duty stainless steel armor over the thermocouple wire. The armor protects the wire from mechanical damage. Armored thermocouples are well suited for industrial environments where an unprotected thermocouple may be cut or broken.
Omega's Unsheathed Fine Gage Microtemp Thermocouples offer fast response, diameters down to 0.003", high accuracy, and low heat transfer. Omega offers a variety of Series to meet the most demanding criteria where utilization in tight spaces is of the utmost importamce.
This “T” style probe is made from 304SS to insure long term performance. Possible uses include the frozen food industry, or any industrial application where penetration is needed. Standard RSC coiled cable stretches to 5'. The sensing element is 1 /4 " O.D. and 8" long.
